A Zrich figure of a farm-boy
Circa 1785, Pressnummer 4, incised W.5
Wearing an olive-green lined hat, a loose white shirt, a brown jacket and breeches, standing with his right hand resting on a pannier, the pannier holding vegetables and with a rabbit climbing out, a dislodged oval basket with eggs dispersed and broken on the ground, on an oval shallow grassy mound base (broken through head, body, ankles and pannier, restuck and restored, minute flaking to black enamel)
