A Meissen purpurmalerei composite octagonal part tea and coffee-service
Circa 1730-35, some pieces with blue crossed swords marks, Dreher's or / to footrims and incised 30 to sugar-box
Painted with honeysuckle and other trailing flowering branches and scattered insects and flowers, comprising:
An oviform teapot and a cover (piece missing from spout and associated crack, chip to inside of cover)
A baluster coffee-pot and a cover (cover broken into three pieces and with piece lacking)
A rectangular teacaddy
A sugar-box and a cover (slight chip to rim of cover)
A lobed oval stand (rim chip)
Five two-handled cups (one with slight rim chip, one extensively damaged and with section lacking)
Two saucers (one extensively damaged with section lacking)
A Doccia two-handled cup and saucer en suite, overglaze blue enamel crossed swords mark, circa 1770
