Modelled by J.J. Kndler, wearing a wide-brimmed black hat, white waistcoat over a white shirt, yellow breeches and black shoes, taking snuff from a gold snuff-box and standing before a tree-stump on a shaped oval mound base applied with flowers (restoration to hat, right shoe and right hand, crack through his left arm with small associated loss, minute chip to two leaves)
