Circa 1820, Apsley Pellatt
The oviform bowl set with a sulphide portrait of a gentleman in profile to the left on a rectangular cartouche and cut with a wide band of hobnail-within-diamonds, the everted rim with narrow flutes, on high horizontally ribbed foot with narrow flutes to the underside (minor rim chips)
