Slightly tapering tui--cire of oval section, both sides of cover and base with oval reserves chased in four-colour gold with floral trophies of Music on a frosted ground, within laurel frames chased in green gold suspended from red gold bows, on a ground of vertical long flutes alternating with narrow short flutes on a matted ground hung with laurel swags chased in green gold, the rims chased with ribbon-twist bands, the cover topped by a slightly domed oval rosette chased in four-colour gold with flowers and fruit on a frosted ground, blank matrix
