Cartouche-shaped box, the lid boldly chased with the Triumph of Alexander the Great, studded with calibrated and circular-cut rubies, rose and circular cut diamonds, the base chased with soldiers and horses in a camp, the sides with similar martial subjects including cavalry officers relaxing at camp
