27-460 Q, with nickel-finished lever movement, 37 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, 18K gold rotor, the silvered matt dial with applied baton and Roman numerals, silvered dauphine hands, two windows for day and month, subsidiary dial indicating date combined with phases of the moon, the circular case with enlarged bezel, downturned lugs, snap on back (No. 331530 Ref. 3448/1), together with an 18K white gold integral Patek Philippe woven bracelet, original fitted presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed

Patek Philippe produced this model from 1961 to 1982. Only 586 examples were made, the majority in yellow gold and only very few in pink gold or white gold.
This watch was produced in 1974 and sold on November 12, 1974.
