With gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, engraved gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, the engine-turned case with engraved initials to the reverse (No. 252180), case, cuvette and movement signed by maker, dial also bearing the signature Dr Paraizo Cavalcante
