A SEVRES COFFEE CUP AND SAUCER (GOBELET 'BOUILLARD' ET SOUCOUPE, 1ERE GRANDEUR)
Circa 1770-1780, blue interlaced L's to both cup and saucer, the cup incised X and 7G, the saucer incised DCE
Painted and gilt with concentric bands of a trailing laurel vine reserved on an enamel blue seeded ground, a wide band of gilt cisel bricks between bands of gilt laurel trailing on an enamel blue seeded ground, gilt line rim (2)
