The porcelain, circa 1725, possibly painted by J.P. Danhfer, two incised rings to the underside
With short spout and loop handle, painted on one side with two Chinamen teasing a crane and flanked by iron-red and purple flowering plants, the other side with a Chinese pavilion, a weeping willow in a fenced garden and a similar flowering plant, the shoulder gilt with foliate scrolls, the cover in purple with a herringbone band and similar foliate scrolls within a gilt rim
