Maker's mark and retailers mark of Odiot, Paris, circa 1885
Of tapering cylindrical form, the upper and lower mount and the cover and scroll handle decorated with trailing, fruiting vines, inscribed " Concours Hippique 1886 Prix du cercle de l'Union", cover with a cast wine tendral and grapes finial
