Maker's mark of Edward Barnard, Edward Barnard jr., John Barnard, & Wm. Barnard, London, 1829, sugar bowl and milk jug plated
Comprising a teapot and a coffee pot, a two-handled sugar bowl and a milk jug, the coffee and teapot of lobed compressed pear-shape, each on four shell-feet, foliate and rocaille decoration, the body with stylised foliage and flowers on a matted ground in geometrical band, the rocaille spout with foliage and flowers, the scroll handle with foliage and fruits, the domed hinged cover with scalloped rim and flower finial, the two-handled sugar bowl of circular compressed form, on four joined scroll supports, the body decorated similarly, the silver-plated milk jug en suite
