The Netherlands, mid 19th Century; mounts apparently unmarked
Shaped oblong, on four wooden ball-feet, with two open pen compartments and a feather compartment with detachable cover surmounted by ivory handle, the square glass-bottles mounted with circular silver necks and domed hinged covers
