Circa 1730, underglaze blue crossed swords, also with gilt T. mark above a gilt dot and incised Dreher's / to inside footrims
Painted in colours with merchants at various pursuits on quaysides before distant buildings and ships, and with people in landscapes, within shaped gilt cartouches with gilt scrolls and iron-red and puce foliage-scrolls and minute iron-red figures, alternating Indianische Blumen, the borders with gilt interlocking scrollwork, comprising:
One pear-shaped teapot with loop handle and curved spout issuing from a man's mask and with domed cover with ball-finial (15.5 cm., 6 1/8 in. high);
A baluster hot-milk jug with scroll handle and pointed spout, and domed cover with ball finial (20.6 cm., 8 1/8 in. high);
A slop bowl with flaring rim, the interior decorated in puce with a merchant's scene (7.4 cm., 6 7/8 in. diam.);
An oval sugar box and domed cover with lion finial (eartips damaged) (12.5 cm., 4 7/8 in. wide);
A rectangular teacaddy with flat cover (11 cm., 4 1/4 in. high);
Twelve teabowls and saucers, and
Six two-handled cups and saucers (one cup with rim chip) (23)
