Each with waved toprail above a pierced geometric splat, and padded drop-in seat, four covered in ochre velvet, three in cream, pink and green needlework and one covered in calico, on cabriole legs joined by a shaped stretcher, three with incised Roman numerals to the seat-rail, three with Arabic numerals inscribed in ink to the seat-rail, one with two later blocks, four lacking blocks, back foot to one tipped, variations (8)
