gouache heightened with gold and silver on paper, on a terrace by a lily-pond, the blue-skinned god sits while Radha hands him flowers from the water, parrots, monkeys and peacocks sit in the trees above, red border, mounted, framed and glazed, (some flaking) Rajesthan, probably Mewar, 19th century - 30 x 22.5cm.; and Krishna rescuing villagers from the serpent, black floral border, orange leaf, (light creasing and wear), framed and glazed, Pahari, 19th century - 26 x 33.5cm.
