A Gentleman, full face in blue coat and white waistcoat, lace cravat, powdered hair; a young Gentleman called John Bax, facing right in blue coat, white waistcoat and cravat; and a Gentleman, in green coat, lace cravat, gold cloak and powdered full bottomed wig (Danish School, circa 1700)
the latter two on card, silver-gilt pendant frame with blue enamel border, black frame and turned wood frames respectively
ovals and rectangular, 2.3/8in. (60mm.) to 36in. (81mm.) high; and a memento mori with hair initials of Charles Ferdinand of Bourbon, Duc de Berry (1778-1820) on a coffin, titled 'Oh malheureuse france', gilt-metal mount in rectangular wooden frame
