A George III Irish silver bow corkscrew
with ribbed and raised central panel engraved with crest (stag's head couped) between two ribs, the narrow part of the frame with irregular moulding, Dublin assay mark and Hibernia mark, maker's mark probably E.B. for Edward Boyce, 1775/1791, grooved wire helix, 6.50cm (closed).
