This is a carbon typescript copy, legal letter, with a very bold original signature, also signed by his agent, Constance Smith and George Scullin. Cooper agrees to employ Miss Smith as his agent with respect to contributing a series of articles to be published by Curtis and Co. One of the most admired actors of this century, Cooper was 5 times nominated by the Academy for Best Actor. He won twice, for Sergeant York (1941), and High Noon (1952).
