The second report from Wilbur Wright on his and Orville's flight experiments, read to the Western Society of Engineers on June 24, 1903. Describing the brothers experience with a newly designed glider (equipped with a rear rudder), the report recounts the results from one thousand trial flights and their extensive observations of bird flight.
