A set of oak hanging shelves, English or Dutch, late 17th century
with a dentil moulded cornice and guilloche frieze, above three open shelves, each with gouge carved and guilloche front edges, the upper shelf with similarly carved arcaded and whirl type motifs to each corner, flanked by stop-fluted flattened columns, with projecting capitals, on a later dentil moulded lip, re-backed, the sides later boarded over, traces of green paint to the shelves -- 34in. (87cm.) wide, 36in. (92cm.) high, 8in. (22cm.) deep
