The ovoid body rising to a sharply angled shoulder surmounted by a tall, spirally ribbed neck tapering to a dished mouth rim, covered with a thin glaze of pale bluish tone ending in an irregular line on the spreading, solid foot exposing the fine white ware; together with a small iron-rust-spotted yingqing vase, Yuan Dynasty, of pear shape with wide neck and mouth covered with a transparent, pale blue glaze decorated with groupings of iron-rust spots, rim chips--5 3/8 and 4 9/16in.
