Thinly potted, the cylindrical sides molded with a wide frieze of composite foliate scroll between a band of narrow lappets on the tapered body below and a ruyi collar on the canted shoulder above, the tall, cylindrical neck molded with leaf tips divided by a double bowstring band incised with classic scroll, all below an everted mouth rim, covered inside and out with a glaze of milk-white tone, firing flaw in base--12 1/8in. (31.4cm.) high
