A LARGE SILVERED-BRONZE LOBED MIRROR
TANG DYNASTY

Cast in the center with a pierced knop encircled by a wreath of composite flower sprigs and eight detached, blossoming plant medallions, including two each of peony, camellia, nandina and another, the pairs all positioned across from each other below the lobed border, the reverse plain, small areas of encrustation--9 7/8in. (25cm.) diam.
