A brass bound wooden spirit barrel
the top with bung secured by hasp, casp and padlock (key missing), four brass bindings, brass tap to front with plaque reading At The Wellington "Shaws" 1st March 1892-1942 the barrel mounted in wooden cradle with further brass plaque to front reading Ex. H.M.S. HOOD. C/Cpr COOK MADE IT E.P. SHAW GAVE IT -- 13in.
