Cutting a circular-cut diamond will allow for the stone to have the greatest brilliance; however, this will usually outweigh the colour, due to the return of white light to the eye. Unlike the cutting of a radiant-cut, for example, which will enhance the colour of the diamond. Therefore it is very rare to find a diamond of this size and shape with such a strongly saturated colour.
