Tasting note: My favourite wine of the much underrated '88 vintage. Deep colour; perfumed cedary nose; elegant blackcurrent and cherry fruit. Complex and alluring. Perfect balance on the palate. Still structured but with forward fruit, fine rounded cedary tannins and an enduring expansive finish. Delicious.
