One of 2 parts, 2 (301 x 200mm). Greek type (text). Aldine device f4 on final verso. 48 lines and headline, paginated. (Small wormholes in lower margin, light spotting, mostly marginal.) Contemporary Erfurt blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards tooled with rosette and 'laus deo' stamps, (cf. Schwenke-Sammlung Schrift 67-68), two fore-edge clasps (slight wear at head of spine). Provenance: Erfurt, Johannes Lanz (contemporary inscription on flyleaf); occasional early marginal annotations; Philippus Kleissenius (title inscription).
