etchings with aquatint printed in colours, 1929, on thin Chine supported on Japan, title page with justification and the rare complete set of ten, fine impressions, the colours fresh, copy number 40, each plate signed in pencil, numbered 40/100, (there was also a de luxe edition of ten numbered from I to X and a further ten impressions on parchment numbered from A to J), the justification with a crease at the upper left corner and pale discoloration, one with an unobtrusive diagonal mark at the upper left, some plates with a few foxmarks and some with a minor rubbed area in the margins, otherwise generally in very good condition, each hinged at two reverse corners in mounts, loose in blue cloth-covered portfolio with Japanese inscriptions printed in black on a beige silk label on front, splits at the edges, rubbing and other defects(portfolio)
