Lot Essay

Princess Alice Mary was the daughter of Queen Victoria's fourth son, the Duke of Albany. She married the Earl of Athlone in 1904.
Princess Victoria Alexandra Alice Mary was the only daughter of King George V. She married Henry Lascelles, the sixth Earl of Harewood in 1922.
