A French faience plate
probably Lyons, painted in yellow, ochre, blue, green and manganese with a hound before pagoda below insects, a bird and flowering branches, circa 1750 (rim chips and minor crazing to glaze) -- 24cm. diam; and a blue and white plate painted with an Oriental musician above rockwork issuing flowers, circa 1760, possibly Moustiers (minor flakes to rim) -- 24cm. diam.
