modelled by J. J. Kndler as a boy and girl, wearing a green yellow-lined coat and pink breeches and a lilac bodice and yellow skirt edged with a meandering band of leaves, standing playing flutes before scores on rococo scroll stands, on a square scroll foot base applied with flowers, indistinct blue crossed swords mark, circa 1755 (she is restored to her waist, right arms, hand and flute, gilding on her bodice re-touched, his hands, flute, the edge of his coat and ribbon restored, firing chip to the underside of base) -- 18cm. high
