Gunner Robert Stone served in Wilmot's Company which, together with that of Truscott, constituted the only two Companies in action as Gun Brigades in the Battle of Corunna. Of over 400 clasps awarded to the Artillery for the action, just 63 went to men from these two Companies, both of whom received the Honour Title 'Corunna'.
