A FINE AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN SINGLE SHOT HUNTING RIFLE by J. KIRNER, BUDAPESTEN
Bead fore-sight, rear sight with single standing leaf finely matted with large silver triangle inlay, two folding leaves for 200 and 300 metres respectively finished en suite, mounted on a round barrel with integral matte rib, Jones' type under-lever single shot action, colour case hardened, engraved with fine line borders and scroll-work accents, single set trigger, non-rebounding back action lock with push-on half-cock safety. Varnished walnut stock with checkered pistol grip, horn grip cap, steel butt plate, full checkered walnut fore-end with Rigby-type fore-end lever release.
26 inch barrel, 12mm calibre
