THREE NOOTKA/MAKAH POLYCHROME TWINED LIDDED BASKETS
All three finely woven in twined bear grass and cedar root, dyed pink, purple, green, yellow and orange, the first of ovular form, decorated on the sides with duck motifs and trees, enclosed by narrow band borders, the top and bottom with similar design pattern; the second of ovular form, decorated with whale motifs on the sides and lid in the negative; the fourth, of globular form, lid with knob handle, sides decorated with floral motifs, the lid with narrow bands
