Fabricated from gold sheet, with a die-formed facing head, perhaps a maenad, in the center, framed by an inner band of filligree twisted wire tongues and an outer band of filligree twisted wire wave pattern, preserving traces of original blue enamel, both bands enclosed within rings of plain wire, the rim with a beaded wire fringe, the reverse with a double loop at the center
