A Berlin part 'neu-osier', moulded tea and coffee service, circa 1750
The fluted bodies painted en grisaille with bouquets of flowers and flowersprigs, the leaf and branch-moulded handles and spouts painted in pale green and with puce veining, comprising:
Coffee pot and cover (branch and leaf moulding lacking to cover finial)
Teapot and cover (chips to finial, restoration to spout)
Tea-caddy of arched rectangular form and cover (cover repaired, chips to finial)
Hot-milk jug and cover (chips to finial)
Sugar-bowl and cover
Four cups and saucers (two cups with cracks to handles, other minor chips, all pieces with wear to gilding)
blue sceptre marks, some pieces with impressed numerals
