Represented nude in a seated position, the index finger of his left hand raised to his lips, wearing the Double Crown, the stinger of which once attached to the hole in the front, wearing a necklace with the so-called thorn amulet, on an integral base inscribed, "May Hor-wedja-pa-aheri give life to . . . Pa-khered whose mother is Senesreken," with details in gold including the necklace, the eyes and the lower edge of the crown
