A GREEK TERRACOTTA KORE
circa mid 5th century b.c.
Standing on a rectangular plinth with her right leg advanced, wearing a chiton and a himation over her left shoulder, holding her right hand to her breast, her left arm at the side, her straight hair center-parted, with well preserved polychrome, including white throughout, with brown details on the collar, along some of the folds, on the shoes, on the edge of the plinth, and for the hair and facial features
