cover Ghazeepore: 1835 (6 Aug.) entire letter from Monkwood, G.B. apparently carried privately to Calcutta from whence it was forwarded to Ghazeepore and again redirected, showing oval "GHAZEEPORE/BEARG/18" with rate (3) and rest of date in ms. (HG 6) fine strike also Calcutta oval framed "G.P.O./MAR/PT PD" (HG 15a). Scarce and interesting. Photo
