(3) tied by Shanghai c.d.s. and additionally bearing Japan 2s. and 4s. (2) applied as postage dues; the cover additionally bears, on the face, eight tissue paper postal slips advising non-delivery of the letter as well as other delivery comments. The reverse flap shows a fine strike of double-circle "REGIA NAVE UMBRIA" arms cachet in blue. Some internal tears to the cover and other small imperfections noted. Very scarce. Photo
