After Jiang Tingxi, a large Chinese scroll in ink and colour on silk
depicting exotic birds in flight and perched on branches and rockwork on a riverbank with a multitude of peonies, lillies and further flowers, two quail on the bank eating a grasshopper -- approx. 108in. x 42in. (274.5cms x 106.7cms), 18th/19th century, sealed Cai Yun Tang Zhen Wan (Treasure Collection of the Cai Yun Hall Pavilion), (creasing and scratcing to silk, old wear).
