Anonymous, a Chinese hanging scroll in ink and colour on silk depicting five Lohans in procession, all dressed in flowing, colourful robes with their personal attributes, attendants and further figures making offerings including a vase of red coral and incense, all against a background of crested waves and cloud scrolls and setting sun to the upper right corner against a blue sky -- 72in. x 34in. (183cms x 86.6cms), inscribed to lower right corner, early 19th century, (some creasing, surface soiling and old wear).
