A previously unrecorded Beiser Patent Display Tray
rectangular card with fourteen tip-over clips, intended to contain seven each French and Prussian Infantry to depict the Franco-Prussian war, four of each remain, including standing firing, on guard and officer waving sword, hollow-cast soldiers possibly made by Fry or Reka, the tray has holes pierced to incorporate a toy cannon and is supplied with two labels 'Manufactured under Beiser's Patent No.169721' and 'WARNING: This toy must not be sold in the United States, England or her colonies', 1909 (tray G, soldiers F, all weapons damaged, Prussian infantry helmet spike missing) (9)
