Of baluster shape, enamelled in brilliant tones around the body with a pair of phoenix in a garden landscape with peonies and ornamental rockwork, the reverse with pairs of mandarin ducks, finches and magpies, with formal borders around the base and foot painted in underglaze-blue, the waisted shoulder and neck decorated with bats suspending precious objects framed by an Indian lotus scroll, flanked on either side below the flared mouth rim with a pair of dragon handles
