A French ormolu mantel clock

The white enamal dial with Roman and Arabic numerals signed Leroy & Fils/Palais Royal 114-115, the movement with anchor escapement and a outside countwheel strike on a bell, supported by a sphere surmounted by a bunch of flowers and flanked by a writing and a reading putto seated on an oblong base cast with flowers and foliage, on scrolling foliate feet, on a giltwood base (one foot missing)
