A French carved giltwood wheel barometer

The case surmounted by a vase and a wreath of flowers, above a beaded band hung with a laurel garland, above the glazed thermometer with silvered register plate, the wheel containing the circular silvered dial signed H. Laillot, framed by a stiff-leaf band, wrapped by a fruiting and flowering cornucopia to either side, hung with ribbon-tied floral garlands
