The first, oblong, with hinged cover, nielloed in tiny mille-fleur with large cartouche engraved with image of the Kremlin,marked on cover--5½in. (14cm.) long,the second: oblong, with floral design bearing grapes and scroll and petunia border, marked on cover and flange--4 5/8in. (11.7cm.) long,the third: oblong, the hinged lid with raised scrolls and monogram, the base also with raised scrolls and illustrated reserve, marked on interior and cover with imperial warrant dated 1884--2¾in.
