signed on the stand E. Leitz Wetzlar No. 17565, and further engraved C. Baker 244 High Holborn London, with rack and pinion coarse micrometer fine focusing, triple nose-piece, sub-stage condenser and plano-concave mirror, the body limb with compass joint to the stand, with four objectives including a 2th oil immersion, three eyepieces, in the original fitted mahogany case with ivory supplier's placque and brass swing handle -- 14in. (37.5cm.) high
