signed on the rectangular-section pillar Cary, LONDON, with rack and pinion focusing, the body-tube located on an arm, the lower limb with swivel mirror, with three objectives, live-box, two ivory sliders, each with three specimens, specimen forceps, ivory and glass stage plates, probe, contained in the original blue plush-lined mahogany case, the front vertical surface with mounting ferrule for the microscope when in use, the box with two brass hooks and eyes -- 3in. (9.5cm.) wide
